IDEAL CITIZEN?

Tomorrow is 26th January, the Republic Day. Tomorrow almost every Indian will feel very proud for our nation and for our every patriot who sacrificed their lives for our nation. Every one , to express his gratitude, will attend flag hoisting. Everyone will compare our national leaders before our freedom with today's leaders and then he will feel that now he has completed his duty towards the nation. From next day, not everyone, but many persons among us will continue their work to gain money by hook or crook, which has no concern with nation’s welfare. On next day perhaps someone will declare “bund”and the mob will burn public vehicles. So like other festivals , only on this day or on 15th August, the citizens should behave ideal? Whether patriotism is such thing to show or feel for only one day?
On this background, I really appreciate the program in which, the children who are honoured by our honourable President of India for their bravery. Infact, when these “Balvir” acted bravely, they had no idea that they would be honoured for that bravery. There was no competition declared by anyone for these children. The calamities in which these children saved someone, were not pre arranged, nor the children had rehearsal. At that time, these children acted spontaneously.
So, we every citizen should take some inspiration from these children and decide to behave as an ideal citizen. I know that we have so many complaints against some political leaders who are misusing such ideal citizens for achieving their personal  goals, which have  no concern with nation's welfare. When our any citizen visits other countries like Japan, America or England, after returning,he always admires the discipline, which he noticed that the citizens of that country are following sue-moto. So in our India also someone must start such efforts. Then why should we not start? If our every citizen will decide to be an ideal citizen on his personal level, only, then there can be positive results. So, let us try.

ON JANMASHTAMI

It is believed that God always behaves ideal. So almost our all myths when tell us about God’s incarnation as a human being, they draw His character as ideal in His childhood and in young age also. Only,God Krishna is shown as behaving according to the age like a human being. From His childhood and in His throughout whole life, there is a mischievousness, which is very much liked by all human beings. Perhaps so, everyone feels more attachment for Krishna. Because, even in old age also even an ideal and disciplined human being likes mischievousness, though he himself could never behave so. In childhood, Krishna played fully with his friends, even stole curd and butter from milkmaid's houses with friends. At the same time, being God, he killed many monsters also. In young age, He played “Rasleela”with the milkmaid's. When He helped Arjuna to marry with His sister Subhadra, very mischievously he deceived Balaram. It means God Krishna is the best combination of God and human be...

Colours of the days

Yesterday,I met our family friend -a retired person- and as formality, I asked him that how he was, he started to complain about his retired life. His main complaint was that for him now every day was similar to another,no change, no zest. Even on festival also except for some time, the remaining day was very dull for him. While speaking, he referred that after retirement, his all days are of grey colour, and yes, I also agreed with him on the point that days also have colours and various shades.                       Even though grammatically,a day is a concept and so it has no colour, no shape,no size. Again logically, day after day comes and it makes a week, month,a year and our life goes on. So a day doesn't differ from other days. Yet practically we have experience that if on a day, the climate is cloudy for the whole day, everyone feels dull, and as grey colour is symbol o...

CREATIVITY

There is four years old Mini living near my house. Yesterday she came to my house and took me to her home forcibly to see her Rangoli. In fact there were only four five zigzag lines to which she was calling as peacock . But for the first time, she had drawn Rangoli, and there was great happiness on her face. When I saw her Rangoli and was praising her to encourage her, her grandmother came in that room with a delicious dish of banana pury. She told me that she had made that dish for the first time, and everyone in their house liked it very much. There was also the same happiness on her face like her granddaughter. It was the happiness of creativity. Yes! Creativity in every field gives the same happiness to everyone. That's why the poor person when builds or prepare a hut with his own hands, there is this happiness on his face as if he has built “Taj- Mahal”. If such creativity is praised by people, that artist's happiness increases. But he gets same happiness from his creatio...
