TRIBUTE---(5)

After my graduation, there was a gap of ten years in my education. During these ten years, I got married and I wanted to settle in my in-laws, moreover after my marriage, I had two issues. So, it was necessary for me, to give full time for my family. Yet, without any planning or not with any purpose, however,I started social work. In this new field, there was one ideal person--Dalal Madam. Infact, I entered in social work only because of this Dalal Madam. She always guided me and always helped me in my social work. We found a private primary school, as well as, we worked together in our Mahila-Mandal for many years. So, in my life, Dalal Madam became a Guru, guide as well as my close friend also.
After this gap of ten years, we, means I and my husband decided for my further education. I wanted to become a lawyer, my husband also liked it, he encouraged me,yet I had no confidence about my capacity. So I was hesitating and avoiding to take admission in law college. At that time also, the most senior advocate (80 years old),Ad.Waghulde, met me and asked about the reason for my hesitation. I frankly told the fear in my mind, I told him that I had confidence about achieving degree in law, but when I would stand in front of Hon’ble Court, instead of my client, I would tremble. But, only through the answer,Ad.Waghulde drived off my all fear. He answered,”are you the first person, who will tremble while standing in front of Hon'ble Court? Every advocate trembles on his first standing in front of the Hon’ble Court.Do you think that the expert advocates fall directly from heaven? They also might have trembled on their first hearing of the first case.” So,Ad.Waghulde became my teacher in my law education. When I was preparing for my first law-exam. I got his guidance. With knowledge of law, he was encouraging me also. But I was not so lucky, because, only for six months, I could get his guidance and then, he suffered from paralysis, and he left our town.
For remaining two law-exams,the Principal of law college,Ad. Mathurvaishya himself helped in my study. Whenever, there was any difficulty in understanding any topic of law, he explained it to me. When I started my career as a lawyer,I joined office of the most senior advocate,Ad. D.B. Kulkarni. He was not only my Guru, but guardian also. Because, in our court, for four years, I was the only one lady advocate. Though, every  gent-advocate in our court, behaved very nice with me,yet in the beginning period of my practice, I myself needed moral support, and my senior advocate gave it fully to me.
So, the credit of my becoming an advocate, goes to all these teachers.

PURITY

Even though, adulteration is crime, now a day, there is adulteration in almost every thing. There is adulteration in eatables like oil, ghee, mustard, turmeric, chilli powder, pepper, salt, honey, saffron, pulses, panir, ice-cream. There are chemicals sprinkled on vegetables to look fresh. Many times, fruits are rippen with the help of chemicals. Many times, apples are coated with wax to look attractive and fresh. Many times, watermelons are injected with chemicals to be sweet and red. In farms the farmers are using so much fertilizer, that it is affecting the crops and that crop is becoming injurious for health. In gold and silver jewelry, there can be adulteration of  alloyed metal. If we become ill because of the adulteration, and we take medicine, there is adulteration in medicine also. In short, today, purity has become rare.       This purity hasn't become rare only in eatables and other things, but also in mankind's relationship. So ma...

Colours of the days

Yesterday,I met our family friend -a retired person- and as formality, I asked him that how he was, he started to complain about his retired life. His main complaint was that for him now every day was similar to another,no change, no zest. Even on festival also except for some time, the remaining day was very dull for him. While speaking, he referred that after retirement, his all days are of grey colour, and yes, I also agreed with him on the point that days also have colours and various shades.                       Even though grammatically,a day is a concept and so it has no colour, no shape,no size. Again logically, day after day comes and it makes a week, month,a year and our life goes on. So a day doesn't differ from other days. Yet practically we have experience that if on a day, the climate is cloudy for the whole day, everyone feels dull, and as grey colour is symbol o...

Experience of trip is always delightful and memorable because we spend a lot of time with nature during trip much time we live with nature. But imagine if the nature accompanies you in your normal journey! Then that journey itself becomes a delightful and memorable trip.                                           Once, I experienced such journey. That journey was not at all arranged as a trip nor it was a long journey.I remember that it was 6th June and we all know that generally the climate is extremely hot during that time. That day too, the climate was extremely hot. I had to travel from Thane to Bhusawal. I started my journey from Thane in the afternoon at one o’clock. It was too hot to tolerate and we all were sweating and feeling very tired. Our train started in such climate and as it was arriving at the next station, we were experiencing various shades of nature. After an hour...
