TRIBUTE---(5)

After my graduation, there was a gap of ten years in my education. During these ten years, I got married and I wanted to settle in my in-laws, moreover after my marriage, I had two issues. So, it was necessary for me, to give full time for my family. Yet, without any planning or not with any purpose, however,I started social work. In this new field, there was one ideal person--Dalal Madam. Infact, I entered in social work only because of this Dalal Madam. She always guided me and always helped me in my social work. We found a private primary school, as well as, we worked together in our Mahila-Mandal for many years. So, in my life, Dalal Madam became a Guru, guide as well as my close friend also.
After this gap of ten years, we, means I and my husband decided for my further education. I wanted to become a lawyer, my husband also liked it, he encouraged me,yet I had no confidence about my capacity. So I was hesitating and avoiding to take admission in law college. At that time also, the most senior advocate (80 years old),Ad.Waghulde, met me and asked about the reason for my hesitation. I frankly told the fear in my mind, I told him that I had confidence about achieving degree in law, but when I would stand in front of Hon’ble Court, instead of my client, I would tremble. But, only through the answer,Ad.Waghulde drived off my all fear. He answered,”are you the first person, who will tremble while standing in front of Hon'ble Court? Every advocate trembles on his first standing in front of the Hon’ble Court.Do you think that the expert advocates fall directly from heaven? They also might have trembled on their first hearing of the first case.” So,Ad.Waghulde became my teacher in my law education. When I was preparing for my first law-exam. I got his guidance. With knowledge of law, he was encouraging me also. But I was not so lucky, because, only for six months, I could get his guidance and then, he suffered from paralysis, and he left our town.
For remaining two law-exams,the Principal of law college,Ad. Mathurvaishya himself helped in my study. Whenever, there was any difficulty in understanding any topic of law, he explained it to me. When I started my career as a lawyer,I joined office of the most senior advocate,Ad. D.B. Kulkarni. He was not only my Guru, but guardian also. Because, in our court, for four years, I was the only one lady advocate. Though, every  gent-advocate in our court, behaved very nice with me,yet in the beginning period of my practice, I myself needed moral support, and my senior advocate gave it fully to me.
So, the credit of my becoming an advocate, goes to all these teachers.

WEAK-POINT OF PARENTS

When I saw in news, that Daud is in depression because of his son, there was no surprise for me. Because now, this is admitted fact that everyone can fight against the whole world, but not against own issues. So Daud who in his whole life fought against many nations and against the mankind, became helpless towards his Son. So taking disadvantages of this truth, many times, the children emotionally blackmail parents and compel the parents to behave according to their wishes.         In childhood, many among us ,had seen the movie “ Molakarin”. As I was child,I wasn't understanding why that mother was tolerating the behaviour of her son and of daughter-in-law. Why was she forgiving her son and loving him? Afterward I read the story of Hirakani. Moreover I read news about a mother that when a tiger attacked her son, she fought with that tiger and saved her son. Then I came to know that for the sons and daughters, the parents are always ready to ...

CREATIVITY

There is four years old Mini living near my house. Yesterday she came to my house and took me to her home forcibly to see her Rangoli. In fact there were only four five zigzag lines to which she was calling as peacock . But for the first time, she had drawn Rangoli, and there was great happiness on her face. When I saw her Rangoli and was praising her to encourage her, her grandmother came in that room with a delicious dish of banana pury. She told me that she had made that dish for the first time, and everyone in their house liked it very much. There was also the same happiness on her face like her granddaughter. It was the happiness of creativity. Yes! Creativity in every field gives the same happiness to everyone. That's why the poor person when builds or prepare a hut with his own hands, there is this happiness on his face as if he has built “Taj- Mahal”. If such creativity is praised by people, that artist's happiness increases. But he gets same happiness from his creatio...

GOD'S GIFT ?

Two days ago,I met our one relative. She is 85 years old lady. I have been looking her since 40 years. Till her age of 80 year, she was very active lady, doing her all duties in family, as well as in society. She, regularly exercised for an hour every day. She put in to practice all tips for health. So overall, she was very fit person and ideal person in society. But now, because of age factor, she is unable to stand, to walk and she suffers from gasping. Now she is very weak. So really it is very painful to see her present condition. The more painful thing is that she herself is aware about her past and present condition.             I know another old lady. She has crossed her 90 years age. For the whole life, she was a lady of calm and quiet nature and always taking precautions that there should be no nuisance to others because of her. But now, because of age factor, she has lost her control on her brain. So, now, for every m...
