GOD'S GIFT ?

Two days ago,I met our one relative. She is 85 years old lady. I have been looking her since 40 years. Till her age of 80 year, she was very active lady, doing her all duties in family, as well as in society. She, regularly exercised for an hour every day. She put in to practice all tips for health. So overall, she was very fit person and ideal person in society. But now, because of age factor, she is unable to stand, to walk and she suffers from gasping. Now she is very weak. So really it is very painful to see her present condition. The more painful thing is that she herself is aware about her past and present condition.  
          I know another old lady. She has crossed her 90 years age. For the whole life, she was a lady of calm and quiet nature and always taking precautions that there should be no nuisance to others because of her. But now, because of age factor,she has lost her control on her brain. So, now, for every moment she has become very risky, because now no one can imagine how will she behave.Her family members have to pay attention towards her for every moment.
        I know a third person,who for the whole life was physically and mentally very strong person. But, now because of age factor, he is suffering from paralysis and so for every act, he has to depend upon others. Such condition is also very painful.
             At the same time, I also know some totally opposite examples. I know an 85 years old man, who is today also very strong and stout. Today also, he goes to farm  at 10 o'clock at night to watch after it  and remains there for the whole night. I know another old lady of 82 years, who was cooking for her family till last month of her life. She became bedridden only for a month. I know more 3 - 4 persons, who were physically fit at the age of 85 and really in that age, they were so active that they were really ideals for the young generation.
       So what conclusion should be drawn by us? Which precautions should we take to be healthy in oldest age? This is true that every person desires to be healthy and fit in his old age. None likes to be bedridden and dependent upon others. But is it possible for everyone or is it only God’s gift?
