Have you noticed that many persons around us have funny habits when they are in tension? Some people sing songs when they are in tension. I have seen a person who was going some distance away from mike and again coming near mike while giving speech in front of audience. Again I have seen a person who moves his ring full time till he is in tension. Generally many persons sweat and slightly shiver when they are in tension. Many times their sound also shiver while speaking if they are in tension. Such persons reach railway. station one hour before the train’s arrival time.
Above mentioned examples are not so serious and can be controlled after some efforts. But sometimes we see or hear some persons commit suicide only because of tension, especially students before results ,commit suicide only because of their imaginary tension of failure. Again many ladies or gents also without fighting against the problems in life, commit suicide. Such type of tension is of very serious type which needs counseling and psychological treatment. Here I remember a story of a dog. Once a king prepared a “ Mirror- Mahal”. One day by mistake a dog entered into that Mahal and he saw his own images surrounding him. He thought those images true, he barked towards them and found that they were also barking towards him. He showed his pointed teeth to them and found that they were also showing their pointed teeth. The dog became tense. He tried to fight against all images, became injured as hit on the mirrors and died. Means imaginary tension compelled him to die.
So can we say that tension is bad ? No, because there are some persons who have no tension at all in any circumstances. They're never serious towards their responsibilities. So on many occasions such persons have to face many problems for which they are not prepared. So feeling tension to some extent is good and it compels a person to work carefully. Only such persons can become successful in life.
Nowadays, in the tips for health, it is always suggested to live without tension. But whether it is possible? In everyone's life there are so many problems. So tension is also unavoidable. But certainly we can try to lessen our tension. It is the only solution for our health. Some people eat chocolates and feel that their tension is lessened. Some people listen songs to lessen tension. Some people see comedy show on T.V. It means we have to find out our way to lessen our tension.
