In Fact sometimes it happens that an MBA person fails in his business, and a new comer business-man, without any degree of business or without any experience, becomes successful. Again there are some persons, who were not serious about their future, accidentally started any business and became very successful. Sometimes, an actor who had completed his study about acting in foreign country,had struggled sincerely, yet couldn't become popular in his life. While an actor, without any degree of acting,can do natural acting, and public also appreciates his acting, and he becomes super star. Whenever we are unsuccessful in our any work or duty, this is a mostly common tendency of us that we blame others or the circumstances for it. We want to convince others as well as ourselves also that we hadn't done any mistake.Some times it is true also. And after this failure, we give up our efforts. But instead of blaming someone for our failure, if we shall try to find out any opportunity from the circumstances, perhaps we will achieve success. In our society, we can see such persons, who faced very critical circumstances and became successful in their lives. Such persons are treated as idols by the society. Stephen Hawking,Helen Keller, Sudha Chandran are the best examples of this type. In our surroundings also, we see that a son of a housemaid or a son of a labourer becoming a collector or a famous surgeon.          At least, we should not give up our efforts only after our first try. For success, there can't be only a single mantra, but when  there is mixture of many success mantras in proper proportion, that person can be a successful person.  Every day, we listen and see many examples of adulteration in market and so we don't trust easily any company or any businessman. Every one knows that this is nature’s circle that after summer there is rainy season and after it there is winter. We also know that all these three seasons are very necessary for all living beings on the earth. Yet when the heat is extreme in summer, there are some deaths of living beings. Again in rainy season , when there is extreme rain, the flood can carries away whole town.
